Dyżur Konsularny 10-11 czerwca / Next Consular Visit June 10-11

Konsulat Generalny RP w Chicago organizuje dyżur konsularny w dniach 10-11 czerwca br. (piątek-sobota) w Piast Institute. Na dyżur obowiązują wcześniejsze zapisy telefoniczne. Zapisy będą prowadzone w dniach: 31 maja oraz 1 i 2 czerwca 2022 roku. W celu dokonania zapisu na dyżur, prosimy dzwonić do naszego Urzędu pod numer telefon: 312 608 92 29, w godz. 11.00-1.00.

The Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Chicago is organizing a consular visit on June 10th and 11th (Friday and Saturday) at Piast Institute. You must register for the visit in advance by phone. Registration will be held on the following days: May 31, June 1st, and June 2nd, 2022. To register, call between 11am to 1pm EST at (312) 608-9229 during those dates.
