The Piast Institute is pleased to announce a consular visit at its office on August 28th and 29th.

You must have an appointment with the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Chicago. All persons that enter the Piast Institute building must adhere to the following: 1. Masks Must Be Worn 2. You must use Hand Sanitizer upon arrival 3. Please wait in your vehicle until your appointment time 4. Only one family allowed in the lobby at a time 5. No bathroom is available for public use 6.
