The Staff of the Piast Institute is comprised of the professionals responsible for the everyday affairs of the Institute. The Staff manages and governs the ordinary course affairs of the Institute.
Piast Institute’s Board of Directors is the executive body governing the Piast Institute. It is a body of independent professionals from a wide range of backgrounds and professional careers, and is charged with advising and overseeing the Institute.
The Dekaban Board is a group of distinguished citizens that assist the Dekaban family in the oversight and management of the Dekaban-Liddle Foundations. Among its major charges, the Dekaban Board facilitates faculty agricultural, economic, and engineering exchanges between Polish universities and universities located in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Through its Fellows Program, Piast Institute sponsors the work of accomplished scholars and researchers dedicated to Polish and Polish American affairs. Piast Fellows are experts in a broad variety of fields and actively conduct research in their areas of expertise, disseminating findings and position papers via the Piast Institute as well as other outlets. Piast Institute also aids Fellows in the organization of conferences and other events, helps conduct research, and facilitates collaboration between its Fellows and members of other institutions and scholarly bodies.
