Ms. Yvonne Bankowski has been employed with Ford Motor Company since 2000 as a specialist in the central laboratory in the polymers section. There she performs failure analysis along with chemical and thermal analysis on plastic and elastomeric materials and vehicle parts. Ms. Bankowski is also working in the Ford materials engineering area where she is supporting the resin strategy objectives and material specification reduction.

Ms. Bankowski has served as the 1st-Vice President of the American Polish Engineering Association since 2002 and served as secretary for two years prior. She is a brownie troop leader for the Polish Scouting Organization of which she has been a member for almost 25 years.

Ms. Bankowski received her bachelor of science degree in 1998 and a master of science in 1999, both in chemical engineering from Wayne State University.
